Terms ofservice.
Effective October 5, 2026. The terms for using this website and its text messaging program.
No attorney-client relationship
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case turns on its own facts. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and contacting the office does not create an attorney-client relationship. Using this website, submitting the contact form, calling the office number, or exchanging texts with the office or with Grace does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when Attorney Saraceni agrees to represent you, usually in writing.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. General information about Connecticut procedure is described in places to help you understand what is happening in a case; it is not advice about your case, which depends on its own facts and requires speaking with the office directly.
SMS terms
By checking the text box on the contact form, or by calling the office, you may opt in to receive informational text messages from the office about your own inquiry: a confirmation that your message was received, or, if a call did not go through, a link back to the contact form. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages, and messages are not sent on a recurring schedule.
- Message frequency varies, depending on whether and how you contact the office.
- Message and data rates may apply, billed by your carrier.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from this number. Reply HELP for help, or contact the office directly at (203) 853-2700.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not required to reach the office, to get a callback, or to use any service the office offers; you can always call instead.
See the privacy policy for how information from texts is handled.
